Categories of Personal Data Collected** The Property processes the following categories of data collected through the website, online travel agencies (OTA, e.g., Booking, Airbnb), paper or digital check-in forms: - **Identification and Contact Details:**First and last name, place and date of birth, nationality, residential address, tax code, identity document details (number, issue and expiry dates), telephone number, e-mail address. - **Payment Information:** Credit/debit card details (card number, expiry date, network, cardholder) or bank account details used to guarantee or pay for the reservation. - **Booking Information and Guest Preferences:** Arrival and departure dates, type of accommodation (glamping tent/structure), non-sensitive special requests or dietary preferences. - **Wi-Fi Connection Data:** Authentication logs and MAC address of devices where guests use the property's internal Wi-Fi network. - **Special Categories of Personal Data:** Information relating to severe food allergies or physical disabilities voluntarily provided by the guest solely for the purpose of ensuring guest safety or providing appropriate services. Such data are processed exclusively with explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR). **3. Provision of Personal Data** Providing data for purposes **A), B), and C) is mandatory**. Any refusal to provide such data will make it objectively impossible for Offline Glamping S.N.C. to accept the reservation and accommodate the Data Subject, due to legal, contractual, and public security constraints. Providing data for purpose **F) (Direct Marketing)** is entirely optional. Choosing not to provide consent will in no way affect the provision of accommodation services, but will prevent the guest from receiving exclusive promotions. **5. Recipients and Disclosure of Data** Collected data will never be publicly disclosed. Extra-EU Data Transfers** Personal data are processed and stored on servers located within the European Union. Should technical needs arise (e.g., cloud services or email marketing providers) requiring transfer to non-EU Third Countries, the Controller guarantees that such transfer will occur exclusively to countries deemed adequate by the European Commission or under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the EU Commission, ensuring an equivalent level of protection. **7.
