TERMS & CONDITIONS OF STAY

General Terms and Conditions - Offline Glamping S.N.C.

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions govern the booking, purchase and use of accommodation services and related activities offered by OFFLINE GLAMPING S.N.C. ("Offline Glamping"). By submitting a booking request or making a payment, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions, together with the property's House Rules.

2. Booking & Payment

  •        Booking Confirmation: A reservation is considered confirmed only once Offline Glamping has received full payment for the stay and has issued a written Booking Confirmation by email.
  •          Payment: The full amount for the stay, together with any additional services selected, must be paid at the time of booking.
  •          Accepted Payment Methods: We accept bank transfer, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal.

3. Cancellation, Amendments & No-Shows

In accordance with Article 1385 of the Italian Civil Code, the following cancellation policy applies:

3.1 Standard Rate

  •          Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: A full refund will be issued (excluding any bank transaction fees).
  •         Cancellation from 29 to 2 days before arrival: The amount paid will be converted into a voucher of equal value, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  •         Cancellation within 48 hours of arrival, No-Show or Early Departure: The full amount of the reservation will be retained. No refund will be issued for early departures.

4. Check-in & Check-out

  •          Check-in: Check-in is available from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Early or late arrivals must be arranged with management at least 24 hours in advance. Unless previously agreed, arrivals after 9:00 pm may be treated as a No-Show, resulting in cancellation of the reservation.
  •          Check-out: Guests are kindly requested to vacate their lodge by 10:30 am on the day of departure. Unauthorised late departures will result in a “Late Check-out” fee of €50 (until 12:00 noon).

5. House Rules

To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of our glamping retreat, guests are kindly asked to respect the following rules:

  •          Quiet Hours: Noise, loud music and any behaviour that may disturb other guests are strictly prohibited between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm and between 11:00 pm and 8:00 am.
  •          Use of the Lodges: For safety reasons, guests are not permitted to bring into the lodges any electrical appliances, open flames, candles or cooking equipment other than those supplied by Offline Glamping.
  •         Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all lodges and bathroom facilities. Smoking is permitted outdoors only when using the ashtrays provided, helping us reduce the risk of wildfires.
  •          Visitors: Access to the property is reserved exclusively for registered guests. Any visitors must receive prior authorisation from management, present a valid ID and, where applicable, pay the relevant daily visitor fee.

6. Pet Policy

To ensure maximum comfort for all guests and maintain an allergen-free environment within the lodges, pets are not permitted. Certified guide dogs are welcome upon prior notification.

7. Liability & Damages

  •          Damage to Property: Guests are responsible for the accommodation and its furnishings throughout their stay. The lodge will be inspected upon departure. Any damage, missing items or excessive wear caused by negligence or intentional misconduct will be charged to the guest.
  •          Limitation of Liability: Offline Glamping accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings left unattended inside the lodges or in the communal areas. The property shall not be held liable for interruptions to services caused by force majeure, severe weather conditions, natural disasters or failures in external electricity or water supplies beyond its control.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the interpretation, performance or termination of these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to applicable Italian law. Where the Guest qualifies as a "Consumer" under the Italian Consumer Code, the competent court shall be the court of the Consumer's place of residence or domicile, provided that it is located in Italy. In all other cases, including disputes involving business customers (B2B), the Courts of Chieti shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
